Engage in team or one to one conversations to contract with them and explore their strengths, goals and challenges, listen and ask questions in order to provide the right coaching approach to achieve results. As a coach I build a trusting relationship to enable openness and honesty. I hold the belief that people have the ability to achieve anything, it is this process that can help unleash the potential of an individual or team.
Develop a plan with team or individual over 6-8 sessions using many tools GROW model, Gallup Strengths, Insights Discovery, Situational Leadership, Resilience, Emotional Intelligence or Goal development. Throughout the coaching conversations I provide feedback and ensure feedback is gathered to reflect and ensure achievement of goals is being made.
