As a Strathclyde University accredited Performance Coach, I am passionate about unleashing the potential of you and your teams and enabling you to achieve a performance improvement that may have previously been thought out of your reach? To deliver this step-improvement, I leverage a number of tools and believe in playing to your strengths in developing a “Growth Mindset.” Furthermore, I am an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner, a technique that is an integral part of my coaching and development programmes in enabling the self-awareness that is universally recognised as the first step down the road to development.
I have just completed the 'Unleash the Power of Your Strengths' workshop and I have to say, I was totally blown away. I didn't really know what to expect, but having completed a Clifton Strengths online questionnaire prior to the workshop, we were then given details of our personal strengths, working on our highest 5 strengths, which was really thought provoking. The workshop is followed up with a Coaching session with Emma, who I have to say is so knowledgable and really draws out the best bits of your personality and helps you to then use this information to set goals in your business/personal life. It's really clever. If you're looking to develop yourself or a Team, then this is an absolute must!
I have had many interactions with Emma over the years that we worked together in Alere. She brought real value to the role she played and wasn’t a “tick the box” person. Emma shows the passion she has for the subject matter that she delivers and this flows into the audience. She has a fantastic aptitude to get the engagement levels of the audience up, which improves the outcomes of the sessions. Emma has the ability and talents really suited to imparting knowledge, connecting with the group and delivering course material that I have been fortunate enough to benefit from on numerous occasions. Just attended a workshop run by Emma and it was amazing. It was all about 'Finding your Strengths' using the Clifton method. Emma's delivery style is perfect. Lots of exercises to do and three hours just rushed by. Her knowledge of her subject is excellent, and she provided lots of material for us to read when we got home. I would highly recommend using Emma. Certainly if you are looking to recruit the right staff then this should be part of your recruitment process. If you get the chance to go on one of her workshops then do it, you honestly won't regret it.
